Training

Knowledge is power. That's why Pemco training doesn't end after your conversion or implementation. We'll keep you armed with great ideas and useful information. We hold regular instructional activities at your institution, online, and at regional training events.

The Training Department frequently offers the following online courses for our customers. You may request instruction on other topics.

• PowerLink Online
• OnDemand
• Reports (often combined with the OnDemand class)
• Your Role in Chargebacks (for customers who use Pemco's chargeback services)
• Award Programs
• Balancing

Each class is tailored as much as possible to the needs of the particular financial institution being trained. Contact Training to schedule a class.

Don't miss the annual Family Reunion that brings together speakers, vendors, and our in-house training staff for an enjoyable educational experience. At this event we offer chargeback training and a general learning lab.

Learn and share the best practices for building a rock solid card portfolio. We're holding sessions across the nation for our customers. Attendees can win a $25 Visa gift card by providing via e-mail a description of a recent marketing campaign and its results. Lunch and continental breakfast is provided.
