Pemco CreātaCard adds fun and personal meaning to the simple act of using a card. If you want to be sure that your institution’s card will be chosen over any other, let your cardholders design it. Give them the power to create credit, debit, or ATM cards with their own photos.

CreātaCard, produced in association with Gardner Design Group, can feature photos of family members, the family pet, the car, the garden, or other special images the cardholder may desire. CreātaCard features

• Ordering is self-service—CreātaCard walks the cardholder through the steps in a simple, straightforward process.
• Although the cardholder provides the image, financial institutions can customize the card by adding a word, such as “Platinum,” as well as some coloring and details.
• Before submitting the order, cardholders will view a sample of their card, including any customization you provide.
• If cardholders want a designer card, but don't want to submit their own image, they can select from a library of up to ten pre-designed cards that you have selected.

Setting up the program

There are two options for preparing your institution for CreātaCard. One is to integrate the CreātaCard process into your home banking system. The other is to simply provide a link to Gardner’s Web site. Your account representative can provide details about each option. If you choose to integrate CreātaCard with your home banking system, be sure to speak with your home banking vendor to get a time frame regarding the set-up of your Web site and systems.

The ordering process

• Cardholders begin at your Web site, and then are taken to Gardener Design Group site that's branded with your institution's logo and colors.
• He or she selects which card product to personalize (Visa Platinum, Check Card, etc.) and is guided through the process of uploading an image or selecting a pre-designed card.
• Your institution receives a daily report of card requests. You send approved requests to Pemco in your card issue file.
• Pemco will create a card file for Oberthur.
• Oberthur pulls the personal image from the Gardner Web page, creates and ships the card.
