We make converting to a new program or implementing a new one a seamless process.

  • A personal implementation/conversion coordinator is assigned to your site and works closely with your staff.
  • All phases of the process are carefully coordinated with you, your data processor, and any other service providers affected.
  • Thanks to our extensive work with multiple data processors, we know the differences of each one and are armed to handle them.
  • We coordinate testing and certification of all data exchange files as well as the online connection.
  • Initial on-site training is a standard part of conversion. We structure the training to your needs while minimizing its affect on your workflow and customer service. Training materials and telecommunication software are included.
