Dan Cook, Chief Executive OfficerAs chief executive, Dan provides vision and leadership for the company. He sets strategic goals, manages the overall direction of the business, and oversees the executive team.Dan draws from more than 30 years of card processing experience. He has direct experience with the full range of credit, processing, and payment systems: collections, card embossing, authorization, issuing, card business management, programming and more. Dan came to PEMCO Corporation in 1991, building the company's card processing business from the ground up, and managing the development of the PowerLink system. Dan was instrumental in Pemco Technologies becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of PEMCO Corporation in July 2000. He came to Pemco from First Security Service Corporation (which later became part of Equifax). At First Security, Dan served in a variety of roles and responsibilities, including that of managing the loan portfolio of card business. It was at First Security he implemented the first credit card scoring system. Dan did his undergraduate work at BYU and the University of Utah. He has been invited to participate in many management programs and has chosen to do his recent educational work at Oxford, Harvard, Tuck, Trinity and at IBM's Palisades campus. Dan lives in the North Sound area with his wife of 25 years and three children.
Bob Davis, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations OfficerAs Chief Operations Officer, Bob offers Pemco Technologies extensive hands-on experience spanning over 20 years in payment processing, payment operations, and customer service. Bob is responsible for overseeing the corporate operations of Pemco Technologies to include customer service, project implementation, risk management, and education. He is also instrumental in defining the corporate strategy, development, and delivery.Coming to Pemco in 1992, Bob first served as the customer service supervisor, with additional responsibilities in implementation coordination, training, sales, and technical writing. Prior to Pemco, he had eight years of experience with Bank of America, where he supervised the card embossing, credit lending, and customer service departments.
Dawn Tomasello Flookes, ControllerDawn is responsible for Pemco's financial transactions, expenditures, and accounting functions. She ensures the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with internal and external control procedures and audits.With 19 years of controller experience, including that of Controller for PEMCO Corporation, Dawn is extremely knowledgeable. Her career encompasses a variety of industries, such as technology, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and public accounting. She is a member of the Washington Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She also serves as President of the Foundation Board for Providence Hospice of Seattle. Dawn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Shawn Sinner, Senior Vice President of Business Development, Marketing, and SalesAs Senior Vice President, Shawn Sinner is responsible for building, growing, and leading Pemco Technologies' business unit. Sinner oversees Pemco Technologies business development, marketing, and sales organizations. Sinner is instrumental in originating and executing the business processes that supports Pemco Technologies corporate strategy.Shawn offers an extensive background in the payments industry spanning more than 18 years. Sinner has a wealth of experience in payments solutions, including payment software, transaction processing services, Internet banking software and processing services, payment industry project management, marketing analyst, marketing support, and sales. Before joining Pemco Technologies, Sinner was the Vice President of Sales for the U.S. financial markets at S2 Systems, where he was responsible for developing the company's sales strategy and managing the company's U.S. sales team in the financial strategic division. Sinner was influential with growing S2 System's Open Payment Solutions within the top financial institutions and processors in the U.S. Prior to S2 Systems, Sinner served as Western Sales Manager for Corillian Corporation, an Internet banking software and processing company. Sinner's previous experience includes positions as Senior Sales Representative, Marketing Analyst, and International Project Manager at Applied Communications, Inc. and Data Processing Manager at a regional bank in Oregon. Sinner holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska. |
