Brad Campbell, Director of SalesBrad manages the nationwide sales team at Pemco. In this role, he focuses on developing and retaining customers, emphasizing a strong customer service ethic.Brad's years of experience in the payment industry provide in-depth expertise in management, sales, operations, and marketing. Joining Pemco in 1997, Brad initially served in a variety of roles, handling implementations, training, sales, and acting as data processor liaison. Prior to Pemco, he served as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales at Americard. At Equifax/First Security Processing Service, Brad was a Sales and Marketing Manager, while also managing the implementations and transmission departments. He also served at Assistant Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Operations with First Security Processing Service.
Teri Ikehara, Director of Technology ResourcesTeri is in charge of carrying out the company's objectives and strategies as they relate to IT projects. She manages the Programming, Projects, Quality Assurance, and Business Analysis teams. She determines the methodology of projects, maintains their quality, and assures their timely completion.Teri has more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale projects and leading IT departments. This includes significant knowledge of transaction and ATM processing. She has a strong background in business needs analysis and strategic and financial planning. Prior to Pemco, Teri was Vice President and Manager of the Delivery Systems Group at the Bank of Hawaii. Teri is a graduate (and ardent supporter) of Notre Dame where she earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and a master's degree in electrical engineering.
Tanya Packer, Director of Business DevelopmentTanya's responsibilities include expanding Pemco Technologies' solution offerings and researching and exploring new business opportunities, with a specific focus on payment processing. She also manages internal computer services projects, participates in steering committees, and advises on development projects.With 15 years of card processing business experience, Tanya has been involved in a wide variety of project management and business development activities. Tanya joined Pemco in 1998 as implementation coordinator, handling conversions and new product installations. She went on to manage technical support, project management, and programming before taking on her current position. Prior to Pemco, she was an implementation coordinator, customer service representative, and customer service team leader for Equifax/First Security Processing Services. She holds a bachelor's degree in business information systems from the University of Phoenix.
Scott Perry, Director of MarketingScott is responsible for directing strategic marketing communications, planning, programs, advertising, promotion, public relations, and sales support for the company.With 18 years of experience running his own marketing communications firm, Scott joined Pemco in 2003 after a three-year client-provider relationship with the company. Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Communications from Brigham Young University.
Russell Sawyer, Director of TrainingRussell is responsible for training customers on the use of Pemco's PowerLink processing systems, chargeback procedures, and the use of fraud prevention techniques. His team provides onsite training at customer sites; develops and creates regional training sessions across the U.S.; and manages training sessions at Pemco's annual symposium, the Pemco Family Reunion.His background includes many years of experience with banks, credit unions, and card processing. Russell has been providing training expertise to Pemco since 1997. Prior to Pemco, he was employed by Lacamas Credit Union. He served in new accounts, member services, and Visa services before becoming manager of the Vancouver, Washington branch. Russell has also worked for Union Bank of California and the Bank of America. Russell is a graduate of Washington State University.
Crystal Weirth, Director of OperationsCrystal oversees Risk Management, Visa, and MasterCard Services, ATM Card Services, and Card Rewards. She is closely involved in the development of new customer services and products.With more than 12 years at Pemco, Crystal has considerable experience with product development, quality assurance, and customer services. Crystal started with Pemco in 1994, and became instrumental in enhancing the PowerLink interface and ensuring excellent customer service standards. She also worked with training and implementations. As the company grew, Crystal took on the management of the credit and ATM card services teams, the fraud prevention group, and card rewards. Before coming to Pemco, she was employed by Kitsap Federal Credit Union. |
