Cardholder Award Programs
Pemco's Awards programs enable cardholders to earn points for using your credit and debit cards. Points are redeemable for travel, gift cards, or cash. Our robust Extra Awards (credit) and Signature Awards (debit) programs offer tremendous flexibility, enabling you to satisfy the demands of cardholders and reinforce loyalty to your cards. You set the point requirements for each award you choose to offer. You can order brochures from Pemco imprinted with your program's details to send to your cardholders.
Extra Awards (credit card program) and Signature Awards (debit card program)
- Travel
- Purchases earn points—not miles tied to a specific airline. There are no blackout dates.
- Travel and cruise rebates, or hotel and rental car certificate options are available.
- With the Traveler's Choice option, there are no 21-day-advance purchase or Saturday night stay requirements. Travelers can apply a credit toward a higher-priced ticket.
- Cardholders may submit itineraries online but they must be confirmed with the travel agent. Alternatively, travelers may call the travel agent directly for assistance in planning itineraries.
- Ticket cancellation insurance is available.
- Gift certificate awards
- Points can earn gift card awards redeemable for merchant certificates, merchandise, travel packages, phone cards, and more.
- Among the participating merchants are Amazon.com, Coach, Macy's, Marriott, Pottery Barn, and Olive Garden.
- Cash for points
- Purchases earn points that the cardholder can redeem for cash.
Customize point values (Signature Awards only)
You set point accumulation options: one point for each $1, $2, $3, or $4 spent.
Cash rebate program
- This program enables you to schedule regular payouts based on point accumulations. The cardholder does not need to ask for a redemption.
- Pemco's processing system calculates transactions on a monthly or quarterly basis. Cash Rebate amounts of one-half percent, one percent, or two percent of total purchases are common.
- You can increase the cash-back amount temporarily for promotions.
- You can select a minimum or maximum cash payout.
- You may choose to offer rebates in tiered amounts—the first $1,000 at one-half percent, the next $1,000 at one-half percent, the $1,000 at one percent, and so on.
- You can choose to issue a check or credit the cardholder's account.

Details made simple
Pemco provides monthly reports outlining cardholder point totals and redemptions for Extra Awards and Signature Awards. Cash rebates, reates, offers, and point accumulations can be printed on cardholder's monthly statements.
